Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind once an order is shipped, if you are local and still have a can as new un touched, we will exchange for another colour of the same price or brand (Excluding Blaccs, Whites, and Silver/Chromes in all Spray Paint) but still hold the right to refusal.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:
• Contact us within 7 days
• Include photos + order number
• If can has clogued valve, warm can (NO EXCESSIVE HEAT) and spray upside down with a fat cap on. if unsuccesfull, include with your photos and order number the white label on the side of the can, this has a batch number to checc other cans that may carry the same fault.
We’ll sort it with:
• Replacement
• Refund (if applicable)
Shipping Damage
Once orders leave us, they’re handled by couriers — but we’ll work with you to resolve any issues.
Consumer Guarantees Act
Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.
