Can I return items?

Yes — change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused and in its original packaging (return shipping at your cost). Faulty or incorrect items can be returned within 14 days for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping. See our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I order Sticcers?

Due to the custom nature, send us a message on Instagram or email us, detail the amount and size you want to order (Qtys and Sizes available on the sticcers page) and if you need a design created or if you have one ready. If a design is ready, we can proceed; if a design is required, we brainstorm ideas, and once we have the design you’re happy with, we proceed to creating the order. *Please note although any payment is great, BANK TRANSFER is always the preferred method.

Custom Designs for Sticcers etc

Give us all the ideas you have and we’ll try to bring your vision to life. Note you get 2 rounds of changes before we either proceed with 1 of the 3 drafts, or we end the process there. All designs created by us are not a part of sticcer sales, unless bought as a custom design for your own use.
