At Cartel Paint Supplies, we stand behind what we sell. Here's how returns and refunds work.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll sort it out. Get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including return shipping costs.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you have the right to a remedy if a product doesn't meet acceptable quality standards or doesn't match its description. These rights apply regardless of anything else in this policy.
Change of Mind
We get it — sometimes you grab the wrong colour. Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- In resalable condition
Return shipping is at your cost. We can't accept change of mind returns on opened or used products.
How to Return
Email us at cartelpaintsupplies@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll confirm the return process from there. Please don't send anything back without getting confirmation first.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
We can't accept returns on:
- Opened or used aerosol products
- Custom or special-order items
- Items returned without prior authorisation
