Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. You'll receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)
We ship nationwide via courier. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Rural delivery addresses may take an extra 1–2 business days.
Aerosol Products — Important
Spray paint and aerosol products are classified as dangerous goods and must be transported by road courier — they cannot be sent by air freight. This affects delivery times, particularly for:
- Rural addresses
- South Island destinations
- Outer islands
We don't offer overnight or express shipping on aerosol products. If you're ordering a mix of aerosols and non-aerosol items, the entire order ships by road.
Australia & International
We ship to Australia on select products. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis — contact us before ordering if you're outside New Zealand.
Note: aerosol products cannot be shipped internationally due to dangerous goods regulations.
Order Tracking
Tracking details are emailed once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or get in touch.
Missing or Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with the courier to get it resolved.
